• Client Advocate
• Senior Client Advocate

Client Support - Responsabilities:

• Provide administrative support to Small Commercial and Personal Lines team.
• Manage and issue insurance certificates in response to client requests.
• Process online payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and monitor cancellation notices received from agencies, insurance carriers, and premium finance companies.
• Prepare client correspondence, binders, letters, and other related documentation.
• Upload, organize, and maintain documents within clients’ electronic files.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and ensure consistent follow-up to address their needs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service, including answering questions, processing policy changes, explaining payment options, and resolving account-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions and communications are properly documented.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering positive and professional client relationships. .

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Client Support or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and under pressure.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken

Client Advocate - Responsabilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing support.
• Manage policy renewals and account changes.
• Identify coverage needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Support risk management initiatives and maintain accurate account records.

Requirements:

• Previousexperience in the insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience with an insurance agency or brokerage.
• Active Property & Casualty License preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Senior Client Advocate - Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Analyze client exposures and coverage needs to develop tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
• Lead renewal strategies, market submissions, negotiations, and placement of insurance programs.
• Provide technical guidance to Producers and support business development initiatives.
• Prepare and review proposals, coverage analyses, presentations, policies, endorsements, and other insurance documentation.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Participate in client meetings, risk assessments, and strategic planning discussions.
• Coordinate with claims, legal, and specialty practice teams to address client needs and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and enhance client strategies.
• Independently manage accounts with a high level of professionalism, expertise, and sound judgment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-8 years of insurance brokerage or agency experience.
• Active Property & Casualty Producer License preferred or ability to obtain within a specified period.
• Preferred - Professional designations such as CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, CEBS, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
